Any claim for credit or return goods request must made within ten (10) days of receipt. Any product that does not meet the performance standards stated in our product specification sheet or Statement of Work (SOW) will be replaced at no charge. If for any reason our product does not meet the specifications indicated on the datasheet, you may request a refund or credit. Fusion BioLabs reserves the right to refuse the refund or credit memo if Return and Refund Policy conditions are not met. No returns of any type will be accepted without written consent from our Technical Support department.

Returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds only apply to customers in the U.S. and cannot be guaranteed to international customers.
