SS320 Phage Display Cells

Product Information

SS320 is a non-amber suppressor strain (sometimes called MC1061F’).  Use special production protocols, our SS320 Phage Display Cells are concentrated stabilized, could undergo multiple freeze-thaw cycles without losing their titer, are suitable for M13 phage work and phage display protein expression.

  • Applications: These cells are perfect for antibody phage display library construction and can be used for M13 phage work, general cloning, blue/white screening, and antibody fragment scFv, Fab and VHH expression.
  • IPTG Induction: IPTG induction is required for optimal scFv, Fab, and VHH expression.
