TNFR2 Recombinant Human Monoclonal Antibody
Recombinant chimeric antibody (clone 5C5), expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO), is capable of binding to human TNFR2.
Tumor necrosis factor receptor 2 (TNFR2), also known as tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 1B (TNFRSF1B) and CD120b, is one of two membrane receptors that binds tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNFα). TNFR2 mediates most of the metabolic effects of TNFα. This TNFR2 monoclonal antibody is developed from phage display technologies from rabbit naïve scFv library (SKU: ADL-09). It is a rabbit/human chimeric recombinant monoclonal antibody that binds specifically to human TNFR2, and it can neutralize the bioactivity of human TNFR2.
