TNFα Humanized Monoclonal Antibody
Humanized antibody (clone 3B12), expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO), is capable of binding to human TNFα.
Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα), also known as TNF, TNFA or TNFSF2, is the prototypic cytokine of the TNF superfamily, and is a multifunctional molecule involved in the regulation of a wide spectrum of biological processes including cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, lipid metabolism, and coagulation. This TNFα monoclonal antibody is developed from phage display technologies from mouse synthetic scFv library (SKU: ADL-07). It is a humanized monoclonal antibody that binds specifically to human TNFα, and it can neutralize the bioactivity of human TNFα.
