Background
Pertuzumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody used in the treatment of Her2-positive breast cancer. Pertuzumab binds to the dimerization domain, inhibiting Her2 heterodimerization with other HER family receptors. It induces antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity.
