CD45 Recombinant Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Recombinant mouse antibody (clone 3B2), expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO), is capable of binding to human CD4.
CD45, is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family. PTPs are signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, mitotic cycle, and oncogenic transformation. This CD45 monoclonal antibody is developed from phage display technologies. It is a mouse recombinant monoclonal antibody that binds specifically to human CD45, and it can neutralize the bioactivity of human CD45.
