CCR2 Recombinant Mouse Monoclonal Antibody, Fc Disabled (Reduced ADCC and CDC)

Recombinant mouse antibody (Clone ID: 5B11), expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO), is capable of binding to CCR2.

Chemokine (C-C motif) receptor 2 (CCR2), a chemokine receptor, is a regulator of monocyte/ macrophage trafficking and is upregulated in response to inflammation. Our CCR2 monoclonal antibody is developed from phage display technologies. This antibody has been extensively tested for its accuracy and reliability: specifically recognizes human CCR2.
