ALPP Recombinant Human Monoclonal Antibody
Recombinant chimeric antibody (clone 4E11), expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO), is capable of binding to human TNFα.
Alkaline phosphatase, placental type (ALPP), is a membrane-bound glycosylated dimeric enzyme. ALPP is a tumor marker, especially in seminoma and ovarian cancer (e.g., dysgerminoma). ALPP monoclonal antibody is developed from phage display technologies. It is a mouse/human chimeric monoclonal antibody that binds specifically to human placental alkaline phosphatase (ALPP).
